I shuffle forward from Left Forward Bow through neutral to another Left Forward Bow. As I make my final step, I punch with my left forefist.
While I call this step a ‘shuffle’, I am moving quickly and easily. The point of the step is to cover a lot of distance fast.
The basic rule is that if I am close enough to shuffle in a punch, I am close enough to be hit. Loitering close to an opponent is a good way to get hurt. I do my business when justified and I get out!
