Simultaneous Rising Block with Counter Punch and Follow-ups

If the attacker stays put, my follow up punches will land without me having to move.

If the attacker withdraws after the initial punch, I may have to advance upon him to land my follow up punches thus preventing him from regrouping to mount a successful follow up attack.
