This is another simple defense drill.
This time the attacker leads with a stepthrough punch to the body.
I knock the attacking limb away with a mantis block (as shown).
I shift back and kick to the groin with the ball of the foot.
I step down as I jab to the face with my lead hand.
I withdraw back out.
The primary differences between today and yesterday (or the day before) is the attacker is punching to the body and I am blocking down and top the side in response.
