The drill I am demonstrating today is a strength building drill.
It builds up the strength necessary to execute a Front Kick effortlessly.
It is done low here because I practice it low.
I am good with low.
I accept that I can kick to this height.
Would I like to go higher; of course (and I do things that encourage that).
However, today, this is the height that I can kick at effortlessly.
