This drill is used against a jab to the face and a cross to the body.
It is very similar to what I did yesterday.
I use my lead arm to block twice and counter once.
Again I add three more counters on top of that.
As I said yesterday: this drill is not ‘set in stone’.
Therefore, I today my second block to low.
Also, I vary the targets when I execute my follow up counters (at speed).
Again, it is the timing and placement that I concentrate on when working the drill solo.
