I hold the cane in the 5th grip and punching range.
This drill is very similar to the punching drill I did yesterday.
I strike high, low and centre with the ends of the cane.
Again, like my punches from yesterday, I go for thirty seconds.
Proper technique must be maintained during this exercise.
