Today I use the ‘Inside Hooking Block’ with each arm (in turn).
The idea is that I start at my hip.
I wind up with my blocking arm.
In this case I reach over to my opposite hip.
I pull my other arm out of the way(as shown).
I drive out the block until it clears my body.
I make it a point to push my blocking arm out to the side as I snap my wrist around.
