Similar to the drill I did yesterday.
Again: The starting point (E. Parker’s ‘Point of Origin’) for both blocks is the same.
The Outside Block covers the head.
The Angled Block covers body.
I do this both moving forward or after I have stepped back.
My lead arm executes the Block while my rear arm Counterpunches.
