A Few Key Points:
I keep my back straight, my core firm and my support knee bent.
I turn my support foot about 45 degrees away from the kick.
I extend the kicking foot out as I make contact with the ball of the foot.
Done in the air, this kick looks light and easy.
Done against a 120 pound heavy bag; the power becomes obvious.
