Almost the same as yesterday’s drill (but on the closed side of the stance)..
I start in a Forward Bow with the Cane in the 5th grip.
It is held parallel to the ground.
I raise the cane up on the ‘closed’ side up until it is at an angle.
Then I drive it down.
I recover to my original position and repeat.
If I wish to use this it should be prefaced with a quick jab-like movement first.
