Again, it is the height of the blocks that changes with today’s drill.
This time I am going in the opposite direction from the Third Limb Blocking Drill
I use my Lead Arm to snap out a torquing wrist ‘Outside Forearm Block’ with my forearm.
Then I use the same limb from the finished position of the block.
I drive in the opposite direction and guard my lower torso with a torquing wrist ‘Downward Foot Block’ with my forearm.
Again, these blocks complement each other, they are used for different targets at different heights.
