Simple enough drill today.
I use my Lead Arm to snap up a torquing wrist ‘Rising Block’ with my forearm.
Then I use the same limb from the finished position of the block.
I drive down with a torquing wrist ‘Crossdownward Arm Block’ with my forearm.
The blocks complement each other.
As I show, there are other blocks I can follow up with, as well.
