Today’s drill is all about using this arm position. One arm is held up and the other is at mid height and across the body.
Alternating between blocks alone and blocks done with simultaneous Hammerfists (or Backfists) is more difficult that it looks and care should be taken that it be executed correctly even if at first, it has to be done slow.
