http://youtu.be/KXTznBOV3H0
The attacker slides his rear leg forward in a leading horse and executes a roundhouse kick to the side of the defenders abdomen with the ball of his foot.
While standing in a forward bow, the defender torques slightly toward the incoming kick and drives a downward diagonal block with his palm heel into the attacker’s foot. As the attacker withdraws back to a fighting position, the defender steps forward and executes a counter offset kick to the attacker’s groin.

Defense drill against a slide in offset snap kick to the groin
http://youtu.be/Lm7yZcGbE1c
The attacker step forward and executes an offset snap kick to the defenders groin with the ball of his foot.
The defender squats and drives downward hammer block with his forearm into the attacker’s foot. As the attacker withdraws back to a fighting position, the defender straightens up and steps forward to execute a counter front snap kick to the attacker’s groin.
In many ways this is very similar to the drill I performed a couple of days ago.

Slide in Front Snap Kick with Spin Backfist Follow-up
http://youtu.be/8xv7SZxd9P4
This combination is used against a retreating attacker. I kick with my lead leg to his groin and as the attacker withdraws just out of range, I step down and slightly forward and spin a backfist my rear arm to his head.
The spin backfist (like the spin back kick) is a slower than jabbing off the front kick but it is very strong.
Like the spin kick, the spin backfist is used on an attacker who is withdrawing slightly out of range but who is still in stance and poses a significant threat to me.

Slide In Front Snap Kick and Follow-Up Rear hand Forefist Thrust

This combination is nearly as fast as yesterdays.
All I do after the kick is fall slightly forward and torque my hip as I punch with my rear Forefist.

This is one of the fastest combinations possible off of the Front Kick.
All I do after the kick is fall slightly forward as I jab.
The rhythm is one and a half beats. As I have kicked to the groin, I fall into the jab to the head.

Slide in Front Snap Kick with Spin Thrust Kick Follow-up
http://youtu.be/yCiES9uyyW4
Like yesterday’s combination, this is another basic combination kick. Again, I am using both legs against a retreating attacker. I kick with my lead leg to his groin and as the attacker withdraws just out of range, I step down and slightly forward and spin a back thrust kick with my rear leg to his torso.
The spin kick is a bit slower than simply another front kick but it is very strong.

Slide in Front Snap Kick with Same Leg Follow-up
http://youtu.be/LOXyjIl7M6c
This is a basic combination kick. I simply step in lift my kicking leg to the crane and kick twice in a row.
For the purposes of this drill I keep my kicks low but as I show at the end of the vid (on the bag) the kicks are really quite powerful.

Angled Palm Block/Check then Multiple Counters
http://youtu.be/-PcRlWJaGXc
In this case, I block a heavy horizontal punch to the center of my body with an Angled Palm Block. This is immediately followed by the opposite arm ‘checking’. I literally hold his arm in place for a fraction of a second before countering.
After I check the punch with my other arm, I counter with a Knifehand, a Punch and another Knifehand before shifting back to kick.
This concept of block/ check works best against a heavy punch.

Crossdownward Palm Block and Multiple Counter Attacks
http://youtu.be/Prol0nkOiM8
My lead arm performs an Crossdownward Palm Block. I immediately follow this up by driving my lead arm from the finished block into the attacker with a Forefist Thrust counter attack. There is no pause between my block and same limb counter.
Then I perform another counter punch with my rear arm and a third Forefist thrust with my lead arm. I finish with a rear leg shift away lead switch Front Snap Kick to the groin with the top of the foot before stepping forward into a bow.
Like the others before it, this is a continuous stream of movements until the kick. It is another example of a blitz defense.
