Almost the same as yesterday’s drill.
I shuffle to or from neutral.
I step then I execute a ‘Mantis Block’ then an ‘Inside Block’ with the lead arm.
I pause ever so slightly before countering with a punch from my rear arm.
I follow up with a second counter off my lead arm.
I recover to the ‘High Guard Position’.
Then I step and repeat.
