Like yesterday’s technique, there are basically two ways I practice this Backhand Swing. Either it is quick in and out or I wind right up and put my hips into the swing.
Both are practiced at Kicking Range. In the minimal swing, the wrist does move a bit but the hips are still. In the big swing I wind up with my arm and torque my hips as I swing.
I simply allow the bag to get in the way of my swing.
