The main difference between today’s drill and the one I demonstrated a couple of days ago is that I am thrusting from the hip in today’s drill.
With one fist extended and the other in the low guard position (at the hip), I thrust high, low and center. I do this with hip torque over and over.
As I demonstrate, each punch should be struck through the bag (not just too it)
