A Third Two Arm Combination Blocking Drill

Again I am using two different blocks to guard against one punch.

In this drill I am guarding my lower torso.

I use my Rear Arm to snap down a torquing wrist ‘Crossdownward Arm Block’ with my forearm.

Then I use the my Lead Arm to snap down and to the side, a torquing wrist ‘Downward Foot Block’.
