Shift Away Descending Palm Heel Hammer Block and Shift Forward Counter Kick

My attacker slides in and executes a Front Thrust Kick to my lower stomach with the ball of his foot.

I shift back to a forward facing Cat from a Forward Bow as I drive the heel of my palm down into the top of his incoming kick to my stomach.

Again, as my attacker withdraws back in preparation to attack again, I follow up by stepping forward and driving with my rear leg with a front kick.
