The Cane 5th Grip Basic Block then Counter

I start with the can held parallel to the ground at hip height with my hands palm down.

Today I use the tip end to block a straight punch to the face.

Then I use the hook end to counter.

As shown, this is a basic punching movement.

It does not look like much until contact is made.

Finally, I rest to the original position.
