The Cane 5th Grip with Another Basic Block then Counter Drill

I start with the can held parallel to the ground at shoulder height with my hands palm down.

Today I use the tip end to block a straight punch to the body.

Then I pull the cane hook close to my body.

I then thrust out.

It does not look like much until contact is made.

Finally, I rest to the original position.
