Inside Block then Counterpunch

Almost the same as yesterday’s drill/.

I start in the same place and I guard my face.

I start with my Lead fist across my body (as shown).

My Rear Fist is the same as last night.

This creates an ‘L’ shape that I can use to draw my attackers punch.

I block across with my lead arm as shown.

There is a slight pause before I counter with my rear fist.
