High, Low Centre Punching Drill

I am punching with a ‘Vertical’ or ‘Standing’ fist from the hip.

Yet I am using only my arms to punch with.

My core, my torso and my hips act as a brace from which I drive my punches out.

I do this drill for about 30 seconds.
