Slide in Offset Snap Kick

Basic Offset Snap Kick to the Body.

I start off in a Forward Bow Stance.

I step forward.

I lift my Lead Leg (and turn it slightly as shown on the video).

I snap my hips forward as I extend the top of my foot out.

Then I reverse the process.
