Last of The Elbows (for a while)
There are two more videos about Elbow Strikes (in Kisae
Kempo).
The first is a Fore Elbow Roundhouse Strike to the front.
The second shows the pattern I use to remember how to
perform all eight.
On one side I perform them with hip torque (except the
second on ;-)
On the other side I perform them without hip torque.
