This is similar to yesterday’s move.
I advance from a Right Cat Stance to a Right Forward Bow while executing a Backhand Knifehand Thrust with my Right hand.
It too, covers a short distance quickly and packs a wallop when it lands. When I hit the heavy bag, it shows just how much power it packs.
