Shuffle in Horizontal Forehand Knifehand

Left to left and big rear hand to head…Similar to others this week…

This is what is different in today’s DRILL; I block then I follow the block with two punches to the body, then and only then, do I shuffle forward to land the big right hand.

If the block is not successful, the rest won’t work.

If the attacker is using a flurry of punches, a single block will not work alone.

If the counter punches to the body are not successful in damaging the attacker and forcing him to back away, it is unlikely I’ll be able to land the shuffle in knifehand.

But as a drill, this is a quick, easy and effective way to practice theses moves ending in a Shuffle in Horizontal Forehand Knifehand (followed by a straight withdrawal).

Without prejudice
