Angled Palm Block/Check then Multiple Counters

In this case, I block a heavy horizontal punch to the center of my body with an Angled Palm Block. This is immediately followed by the opposite arm ‘checking’. I literally hold his arm in place for a fraction of a second before countering.

After I check the punch with my other arm, I counter with a Knifehand, a Punch and another Knifehand before shifting back to kick.

This concept of block/ check works best against a heavy punch.
