Outside Palm Block Alternating with Hip Torque Trust Punch: Another Timed Drill

Again, I simply block with one arm and punch with the opposite arm.

I continue this for thirty seconds.

Every punch I drive out with hip torque.

And again, I managed to perform eighty arm maneuvers in thirty seconds.

Please note this is drill is used to promote easy of movement under pressure,  it is not an application.
