High, Low, Center, Inside Blocking Drill

Same basic idea as two days ago but today I use only the Inside Hooking Block.

During this drill I make it a point to keep my torso firm and still.

By doing this I am actually able to make a powerful block.

(If I was slack and off balance, my block would not be as powerful.)
