Defense against Multiple Roundhouse Kicks

http://youtu.be/y9gAQEdiVVI

This is a drill that comes in two parts; attacker and defender. The drill teaches many things and I practice it regularly.

The idea is that the attacker initiates several roundhouse kicks from neutral to the defender.

The defender,  as soon as the initial roundhouse kick is launched, slams is floating block into the attacker’s shin, The defender draws is rear leg forward and strikes the attacker with a lead arm Backfist. The defender steps back slightly and follows up with a roundhouse kick of his own to the groin.

It is at this point that the defender disengages and withdraws with his guard up

Without prejudice
