Slide in Front or Offset Kicks

Another thirty second drill.

I start and finish in a Forward Bow Stance.

I slide in and execute a kick.

Then I recover.

I spend fifteen seconds kicking from the left side.

Then I spend fifteen seconds kicking from the right.

It is not so much about speed as it is another form of practice.
