Horizontal Forehand Knifehand

This technique utilizes a torque in its application as well.

The video shows how to execute it.

The main things I can add here are these:

I keep my core held firm and my posture erects(no slouching).

I keep my knees bent and my feet apart.

This is a haymaker so it should be ‘set up’.

That is to say, I preface this move with a jab or snapping block.

I only use this when I have a clear target and the time to put this where it will do some damage.

Otherwise, I will be blocked.
