Today is the third day of six where Jason shows the power of severak Kicks and strikes.
The ‘Ready’ Drill with Jason’s Lead Jab to the Hand Pad
This time both Jason and I participate in this ‘Ready’ drill.
The point is to be able to jab to target (a small hand pad) inside punching distance when both are ‘ready’.
If I telegraph my movement, he will see (the same is true in reverse).
If the punch is done while the body is motionless, the punch will land.
