The Rising Block Exercise

This is the classic version of this maneuver.

Just the four moves as shown.

I use this block to guard my head against a straight punch.

But I also use only one of the four moves to do this.

Regarding the drill:

I do not turn my hips into the block.

I keep my torso absolutely still with my core held firm.

I do snap my wrist as it reaches the end of the block.
