Shift Forward Side Snap Kick

I start at full kicking distance.

I am in a Forward Bow Stance.

I shift forward and turn my support leg as I bring my kicking leg up.

I use the turn to add power and distance to my side kick.

There is the added bonus that I can kick with my rear leg too.
