This is a version of the same swing I did a couple of days ago but this one is harder to control. A mistake here can result in the cane impacting on the striker.
As I demonstrate, this is all about control of the Cane yet it is also about power generation, balance, distance and timing.
An Overhand Forehand Swing can strike forward into a target at head height or it can strike downward at a target that is lower.
