Two: High, Low, Center Forefist Thrusts (from the low guard)

The main difference between today’s drill and the one I demonstrated a couple of days ago is that I am thrusting with one hand then the other from the hip in today’s drill. That is two punches high, two punches low and two punches center.

Even though this is a drill, each punch should be struck through the bag (not just too it).
