High, Low, Center Blocking Drill: Inside Blocks

This is a basic drill that requires I move my arms around my stationary body. The arms start and finish at the same time. There is no head or torso movement. My core is engaged and my knees are bent.

This drill is not about speed or power. It does build, coordination, focus, reflex and overall awareness.

There are several variations of this drill. Today I am using a Rising block, an Inside Hooking Block and a Downward Block.
